Kyorin University Hospital, the only university hospital located in the
Tama District of greater Tokyo, is the largest medical center west of Shinjuku.
The Hospital boasts the newly-built Outpatient Clinic building which is
"base-isolated" (immune to earthquakes), the first of this type
of university hospital in Japan.Glassed-in waiting rooms are spacious and

Clinic Divisions are set-up based on systems such Respiratory System and
Circulatory System, so that patients can easily know which outpatients
clinic to go to. The Eye Center in the Clinic building is the largest

of intracranial pressure with the totally-embedded ICP sensor (Department
