vitro\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u5897\u6b96\u963b\u5bb3\u6d3b\u6027\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u691c\u8a0e\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u305d\u306e\u691c\u8a0e\u304b\u3089\u3001\u30c8\u30ea\u30d7\u30eb\u30cd\u30ac\u30c6\u30a3\u30d6\u4e73\u304c\u3093\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u3067\u3042\u308bMDA-MB-231\u3067\u306f\u4ed6\u306e\u4e73\u304c\u3093\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u3068\u6bd4\u8f03\u3057\u3066JPH203\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5897\u6b96\u6291\u5236\u52b9\u679c\u304c\u4f4e\u3044\uff08\u52b9\u304d\u306b\u304f\u3044\uff09\u3053\u3068\u304c\u5206\u304b\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3068\u3053\u308d\u304c\u3001MDA-MB-231\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308bLAT\uff11\u3092\u4ecb\u3057\u305f\u30a2\u30df\u30ce\u9178\u53d6\u308a\u8fbc\u307f\u306f\u3001\u4e88\u60f3\u306b\u53cd\u3057\u3066\u4ed6\u306e\u4e73\u304c\u3093\u7d30\u80de\u3068\u540c\u69d8\u306bJPH203\u306b\u3088\u308a\u9855\u8457\u306b\u6291\u5236\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u4e00\u898b\u77db\u76fe\u3059\u308b\u4e8b\u5b9f\u304b\u3089\u3001MDA-MB-231\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u6804\u990a\u67af\u6e07\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u8010\u6027\u6a5f\u69cb\u304c\u5b58\u5728\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u8003\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br
