class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3b\u306a\u7814\u7a76\u30c6\u30fc\u30de<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7d4c\u7cfb\u816b\u760d\u306e\u5206\u5b50\u75c5\u7406\u5b66<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7d4c\u7cfb\u816b\u760d\u306eWorld Health Organization (WHO) \u5206\u985e\u306f\u30012016\u5e74\u306b\u51fa\u7248\u3055\u308c\u305f\u6539\u8a02\u7b2c4\u7248\u304b\u3089\u907a\u4f1d\u5b50\u2015\u5f62\u614b\u7d71\u5408\u8a3a\u65ad\u304c\u5c0e\u5165\u3055\u308c\u3001\u65e5\u5e38\u8a3a\u7642\u306b\u3082\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u7684\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u8981\u3059\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u6210\u4eba\u578b\u30b0\u30ea\u30aa\u30fc\u30de\u306fIDH\u5909\u7570\u30681p\/19q\u5171\u6b20\u5931\u306e\u6709\u7121\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u300cIDH\u5909\u7570\u661f\u7d30\u80de\u816b\u300d\u3001\u300cIDH\u5909\u7570\u4e4f\u7a81\u8d77\u81a0\u816b\u300d\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073\u300cIDH\u91ce\u751f\u578b\u81a0\u82bd\u816b\u300d\u306e\u4e09\u3064\u306b\u6574\u7406\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3057\u304b\u3057\u3001\u5206\u5b50\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u7684\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u65e5\u5e38\u7684\u306b\u884c\u3046\u305f\u3081\u306b\u306f\u30b3\u30b9\u30c8\u3082\u6642\u9593\u3082\u5236\u7d04\u304c\u591a\u304f\u73fe\u5b9f\u7684\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u305d\u3053\u3067\u3001\u6211\u3005\u306f\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b66\u306b\u3088\u308bH3K27me3\u306e\u67d3\u8272\u6027\u3092\u691c\u8a0e\u3057\u3001IDH\u5909\u7570\u4e4f\u7a81\u8d77\u81a0\u816b\u3067\u306f\u67d3\u8272\u6027\u304c\u6d88\u5931\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3001\u67d3\u8272\u6027\u6d88\u5931\u306b\u306f\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b66\u306e\u67d3\u8272\u6761\u4ef6\u304c\u91cd\u8981\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u305f\u307b\u304b\u3001H3K27me3\u306e\u67d3\u8272\u6027\u6d88\u5931\u304cIDH1-R132H\u3092\u6709\u3059\u308bIDH\u5909\u7570\u4e4f\u7a81\u8d77\u81a0\u816b\u3067\u9ad8\u983b\u5ea6\u306b\u307f\u3089\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u306e\u3001\u305d\u308c\u4ee5\u5916\u306eIDH\u5909\u7570\u3092\u6709\u3059\u308bIDH\u5909\u7570\u4e4f\u7a81\u8d77\u81a0\u816b\u3067\u306f\u983b\u5ea6\u304c\u4f4e\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u305f\u591a\u65bd\u8a2d\u7814\u7a76\u306b\u3082\u8ca2\u732e\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u307e\u305f\u3001IDH\u5909\u7570\u661f\u7d30\u80de\u816b\u306e\u60aa\u6027\u5ea6\u3092\u898f\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u56e0\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308bCDKN2A\u306e\u30db\u30e2\u63a5\u5408\u6027\u6b20\u5931\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) \u306e\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u5316\u5b66\u304cCDKN2A\u306e\u4ee3\u7406\u6307\u6a19\u3068\u306a\u308a\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u3001\u3055\u3089\u306bIDH\u5909\u7570\u661f\u7d30\u80de\u816b\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001MTAP\u306e\u514d\u75ab\u67d3\u8272\u967d\u6027\u50cf\u306e\u6d88\u5931\u306fCDKN2A\u306e\u30db\u30e2\u63a5\u5408\u6027\u6b20\u5931\u3068\u540c\u69d8\u3001\u4e88\u5f8c\u4e88\u6e2c\u304c\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u3001\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7d4c\u7cfb\u816b\u760d\u306e\u7279\u5fb4\u3065\u3051\u306b\u306f\u3001\u907a\u4f1d\u5b50\u7570\u5e38\u306b\u52a0\u3048\u3066DNA\u30e1\u30c1\u30eb\u5316\u30d7\u30ed\u30d5\u30a1\u30a4\u30eb\u304c\u7528\u3044\u3089\u308c\u30012021\u5e74\u306b\u51fa\u7248\u3055\u308c\u305f\u7b2c5\u7248\u3067\u306fDNA\u30e1\u30c1\u30eb\u5316\u5206\u985e\u3082\u5c0e\u5165\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u591a\u65bd\u8a2d\u5171\u540c\u7814\u7a76\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u96c6\u7a4d\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3001IDH\u91ce\u751f\u578b\u81a0\u82bd\u816b\u306e\u7d44\u7e54\u5b66\u7684\u8a3a\u65ad\u57fa\u6e96\u3092\u6e80\u305f\u3055\u306a\u3044IDH\u91ce\u751f\u578b\u4f4e\u60aa\u6027\u5ea6\u30b0\u30ea\u30aa\u30fc\u30de(IDHwt LGG)\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3001\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u30ef\u30a4\u30c9DNA\u30e1\u30c1\u30eb\u5316\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u884c\u3046\u3068\u3001\u65e2\u77e5\u306e\u3044\u305a\u308c\u306e\u816b\u760d\u578b\u304b\u3089\u3082\u72ec\u7acb\u3057\u305f\u3001\u6bd4\u8f03\u7684\u4e88\u5f8c\u826f\u597d\u306a\u4e00\u7fa4\u304c\u540c\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u3001WHO\u5206\u985e\u7b2c5\u7248\u3067\u306f\u524a\u9664\u3055\u308c\u305f\u300c\u771f\u300d\u306eIDHwt LGG\u3067\u3042\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u30ef\u30a4\u30c9DNA\u30e1\u30c1\u30eb\u5316\u30a2\u30ec\u30a4\u306f\u3001\u30b3\u30d4\u30fc\u6570\u89e3\u6790\u3082\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u306b\u307f\u3066\u6771\u30a2\u30b8\u30a2\u5730\u57df\u3067\u767a\u751f\u983b\u5ea6\u306e\u9ad8\u3044\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7d4c\u7cfb\u80da\u7d30\u80de\u816b\uff08CNS GCT\uff09\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u672c\u90a6\u306eiGCT\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u89e3\u6790\u30b3\u30f3\u30bd\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u30e0\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u96c6\u7a4d\u3055\u308c\u305f\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u5927\u306e\u75c7\u4f8b\u30b3\u30db\u30fc\u30c8\u3092\u7528\u3044\u3066\u30b3\u30d4\u30fc\u6570\u89e3\u6790\u3092\u884c\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3053\u308d\u3001\u7cbe\u5de3\u80da\u7d30\u80de\u816b\u760d\u3067\u9ad8\u983b\u5ea6\u306b\u307f\u3089\u308c\u308b12p gain\u304cCNS GCT\u306b\u3082\u8a8d\u3081\u3089\u308c\u3001\u3055\u3089\u306b12p gain\u304c\u4e88\u5f8c\u4e0d\u826f\u56e0\u5b50\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\u3001\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u30fb\u30a8\u30d4\u30b2\u30ce\u30e0\u306e\u4e21\u5074\u9762\u304b\u3089\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7d4c\u7cfb\u816b\u760d\u306e\u672c\u614b\u3092\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b\u3057\u3001\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7d4c\u7cfb\u816b\u760d\u306e\u8a3a\u7642\u306e\u767a\u5c55\u306b\u5bc4\u4e0e\u3059\u308b\u7814\u7a76\u306b\u53d6\u308a\u7d44\u3093\u3067\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
